Bobcat Life Digital Onboarding Practice Exam

The correct choice is the Ask Alkek Desk on the main floor. This desk is specifically designed to assist patrons with academic research and general information inquiries, making it an essential resource for students and researchers seeking guidance in navigating library resources. It typically provides access to specialized librarians who are knowledgeable about various subjects, helping users locate and utilize academic materials effectively.

In contrast, while the Reference Desk and the Help Desk may offer some support, they may not be as focused or comprehensive in addressing academic research needs specifically. The IT Desk primarily deals with technical issues and technology-related questions, which would not cover the breadth of academic research assistance that the Ask Alkek Desk provides. Understanding the role of each desk within the library helps clarify why the Ask Alkek Desk is the optimal resource for academic inquiries.
